Account Manager
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with Impilo’s key customers — ensuring they receive exceptional value, renew their contracts, and expand their engagement with our platform and services. You’ll act as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for clients, working closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Success to drive satisfaction and growth.
What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of healthcare and enterprise clients, ensuring consistent communication and strategic engagement.
Drive account renewals and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for the product and operations teams.
Develop account plans and quarterly business reviews to track success metrics
Collaborate with the CSM team to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing customer value.
Track and report on account performance, health scores, and retention metrics.
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or B2B relationship roles (healthtech or SaaS experience a plus).
Strong commercial acumen with proven renewal and upsell success.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Empathy, curiosity, and a customer-first mindset.
Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
